I recently had the pleasure of attending Michelle's raw food cooking class and I have to say I was very impressed with Michelle's presentation style, the recipes, how EASY the recipes were to follow.  Not only did Michelle demonstrate how to prepare the recipes, she provided detailed information about the properties of each ingredient, the benefits of each ingredient whether it be vitamin, mineral, detox, relaxation etc. as well as where to purchase food items for less cost.

I appreciated Michelle's presentation style and enthusiasm. She is knowledgeable and passionate about raw cooking which made her class fun and educational at the same time. And the food was AMAZING! As a very busy mom of two kids in many competitive sports, I don't have a lot of time to prepare meals. Among many positive pros to eating healthy, for me, the amount of time saved from not having to cook the meals is a major asset in our house. Having a HEALTHY meal option is a nice alternative to eating out when we are busy. Many of the recipes are also kid friendly in that they can help prep the meals.   

I would highly recommend Michelle's services to anyone! In fact, we are going to book her for a lady's night of cooking asap. Trust me, you don't want to miss any of her services or classes.

She does a great job of explaining the benefits of a plant based lifestyle and provides very easy to do and duplicatable recipes that anyone can do at home.
